The authors of a new paper published in the journal JAMA Pediatrics point out that
adults living with children are more likely to vape than those without children,
also putting kids at risk for what the new study describes as “the ‘new’ secondhand
smoke.”

Historically lung cancer has been diagnosed too late. Although there are still
challenges with cat scans (a type of imaging that uses special x-ray equipment to
make cross-sectional pictures of your body), they are raising hope in the medical
community that early detection of lung cancer will change a persons odds of being
diagnosed and living longer.
