Revision Policy

Our revision policy is based on the package you select, outlining the allotted number of revisions. We are dedicated to delivering the best services, and we will continue to revise until your requirements are met. You won’t incur additional charges if the design concepts remain unchanged. Revisions for logo designs will be completed within 48 hours. Website design revisions will be provided within 24 hours, and web development revisions will be completed within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the complexity of the revision.

New Order Turnaround Time

Turnaround time refers to the duration in which your design concepts are provided to your account area, based on your package purchase. For all new logo orders, the turnaround time is 24 to a maximum of 48 hours. However, for packages with four or more logo concepts, the minimum turnaround time is 48 hours after order confirmation and a complete brief submission. In the case of new website designs (home/index, including revamp designs), the minimum turnaround time is 48 hours after order confirmation and complete brief submission. Additionally, for website development (static website with 5 to 7 webpages), the turnaround time is between three to five business days. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will commence delivery from Monday.

Refund Policy

WebsiteSphere LLC’s refund policy is applicable under the following conditions:

  1. If an All-in-One package is chosen.
  2. Once the primary design concept is approved.
  3. If revisions have been requested.
  4. In case of cancellation unrelated to the company.
  5. No contact has been made with the company for over 2 weeks regarding the project.
  6. Violation of the company’s policies.
  7. Engagement with another company or designer for the same project.
  8. The creative brief lacks essential information.
  9. A complete design change is requested.
  10. The refund request is beyond the specified time frame.
  11. The business is closing, changing its name, or altering its nature.
  12. Refunds will not be processed for reasons such as a change of mind or disagreements that are unrelated to the service.
  13. For bundled services, a refund is applicable only to the dissatisfactory specific service, not the entire bundle.
  14. No refund can be claimed after the final files have been delivered to you upon your request.
  15. Refund and revision do not apply to free items.
  16. Refunds are not permitted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  17. Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are not eligible for a refund.
  18. For websites, refunds will not be entertained once the design is approved and the website is sent for development.

Please note that after a refund, you relinquish all rights to use the designs for any purpose as they become the sole property of WebsiteSphere LLC.

Claim Your Refund

To claim your refund, follow these steps:

Once we receive your refund request, we will respond promptly. After necessary analysis, we will initiate the refund process.

Upon receiving a refund, you forfeit any rights to the designs submitted by WebsiteSphere LLC. The information will be submitted for Copyright Acquisition with Government Copyright Agencies to maintain legality.

Delivery Policy

The complete order will be sent to your designated account on the date specified in the Order Confirmation. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent. The turnaround time will vary based on your package, with a minimum of 2 business days required. For urgent orders, please contact our customer support team.
