CANCELLATION:

WebsiteSphere LLC reserves the right to terminate any project, regardless of the circumstances.

1. Client can place any project on hold for a period of up to one month. If the client is unreachable after a month of the hold period, the project will be cancelled and will not be eligible for a refund. B. A project cannot be cancelled after three revision requests. C. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. D. A refund will not be provided if a fraudulent payment card has been used to pay for the project.

However, the client can request a refund at any point they deem necessary.

REFUND POLICY:

1. WebsiteSphere LLC will provide a 100% refund to any client whose project has not been initiated within 10 days of purchase. However, this policy will be voided at any point, irrespective of the situation. Furthermore, if the initial concept has been shared and a refund request is made, the refund will be prorated (less the processing fee and production cost incurred). The refund will be void if:
2. Any request for design revisions has been made, as it will be considered a continuation of the project and a refund will not be considered. ii. The client has been unresponsive for more than 10 days. iii. The client has availed a discounted or promotional offer. iv. The project has to be completed urgently. v. The client has filed a dispute. vi. The project is outsourced by a third party. vii. Issues are unrelated to the company and the project. viii. The client expresses disagreement with their business partner, has a change of mind, and/or has hired another company for the same project.
3. If the client has received a refund, they will not be entitled to use any concept or design shared with them. If any design or concept is found to be in use by the client under any circumstances, legal action will be taken.
4. Duplicate payments will be 100% refunded without any delays.
